No, that's not me singing, the vocals are from the Lollievox resynthesis vocal pack for Harmor, although I am debating uploading a track with my own vocals. Probably not right away, but at some point.

I'm assuming you mean the part at 0:45, cause there aren't any chords in the song except for there... In which case, that's just a basic saw lead from Nexus2.
